Weather: Snow, Overcast, Sorta cold
Comments:
Ran the new trail route and Belmadow today. Went by really fast. Nice and easy run overall. Felt good the whole time. Legs a little sore but nothing major. Talked about how my high school team's season went and how it kinda ended on a bad note. They've got some pretty high goals for track. We'll see how that turns out. Snowed most of the time which was kinda cool. I'm still wishing for real snow on the ground.
Static 3, Med ball abs, Eagle with 15 pushups after running. COuldn't get any hurdles so now hip stuff. I'll talk to some of my old coaches and see if I can't make this up tomorrow.
