FIrst lift back

December 15, 2009 (Afternoon)

Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
3 times through the circut
Jump on to Box x20 with 3 blue things
(NOt bad. Its real cramped in the Fitness center's weight room so it was pretty much calf jumps. I'll have to move these to a bigger space)

Back Squat x20 with 105
(I was feeling these. I'm not used to lifting my legs at all and these make me really sore. I'm just not a fan)

LAteral BOx step ups x10 each with 60
(This was a better weight I might even up this next time. The sheet says front box step ups but I did Lateral cuz that was last week. Opps)

Straight Leg Dead Lifts x20 with 105
(Again a good weight. It works my back too. Thats good I need strength in my lower body)

Extra Lifts:
Calf Raises 3x20 with 45 on machine
(My calf's seized a bit while I was doing these. Went away pretty much by the last one. I really need the calf strength to keep from getting uber sore during track)

Pullups 11,6,4
(Same reps as last week. Hopefullt it'll get better next time)

Arm Runs 2x100 with 5's
(My arms are dead from these. I was pumping really slow by the end of the second set. But thats good. Its what I need)

Genreal Comments:
The Ftiness center is really crowded. The rest was more than I'd like during the circut because of this. Hopefully things will get better as teh holidays get closer
