Comments:
Following my normal Sunday routine, which fits nicely into the current guidelines for combating coronavirus. Got some good mileage in this week, but the beach was tough today. Very very high tide, not a lot of sand and I struggled with the wind coming back. It was refreshing down there though. It an interesting juxtaposition with all the shit going on in our society. Sad that the climate is the next thing we fuck up.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Started to cramp up a little coming back so I didnt stretch too much, but I did roll and that helped out. Legs are good starting to see my fitness build with the higher mileage.
