Comments:
Went out steady on Freezeland to one of the GR Thompson Trails, which led me into a nearby cluster of houses. The roads were mostly uphill on my way out and the scenery was actually quite beautiful. I turned around after 20:00 and then went back the same way I came. The initial heaviness of my legs melted and I found a solid rhythm, but that took real focus, especially in the midst of rolling hills and some traffic in both directions. When I arrived home I did a quick 5 min cooldown and stretched well outside.
