Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Staying inside all day makes me feel sluggish, so it was tough to get out and get on a solid run. There were lots of folks out out walking around, so thats great. It was kinda chilly too I noticed. I just wandered, did loops here and there. Socks were a bit tight and shoe was kinda uncomfortable but it was great to be out. Im definitely not as productive in this style so I think I should try to bust out the hardcore data analysis and supplement with running and watching TV. Similar work ethic to beamtime, grind for as many days in a row that you can.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Good stretch and roll when I got back. Hammies and IT still kinda tight to be honest. Only when I actually get out and run though so stretching helps a lot.
