Comments:
Man, kinda sleepy today. Did some more work but its just grind time now, get in what you can while keeping the momentum. Went out to run a little bit earlier today. There were lots of people out but I tried to keep my distance. Ran down to the high school, did a mile then came back. It was colder today also and I went with pants just to be safe. Its easy to get chilly when you just sitting around.

Essentials: Stretch

Hammy still a little tight and legs are sore now after running. I went further today than yesterday so its probably an adjustment. Solid effort all around today though and good to get out for fresh air.
