Comments:
Got out a little late today but it was still really warm out. Again, lots of folks outside stretching, getting some air. Its an appropriate level of freedom I think. I didnt let anyone within six feet of me. No way sir. ITs and hammies were tight inside today, so I took it easy today, just shaking it out. Ran down to the beach, checked out the cool water at low tide. Then just went around the hood fillin in the streets. By the time I looped back, legs felt a little bit more in sync, but still kinda tight.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

I had to stretch and roll it out good when I got back since my legs were just warmed up. Made it through the week, working at home is definitely not as productive but I can make it if I work on my data analysis as much as possible. We just need to get through this together in an efficient smart way and I hope things get back to normal at some point.
