Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
this morning i did a 2.25 mile walk/jog by running 200 for every 300 walked. it felt good with no discomfort at all which was exciting...i kind of felt like a runner again. then i returned to the weight room to do 50 min. of 90s intervals at resistance 5 with equal recovery. then we lifted and dave and i did abs.
