Took me a little longer to get out the door, I was dicking around with something and lost track of time. It was warm and sunny out today. Felt like a good spring day. Again, lots of folks out. I pushed hard up the hill and then took the pace more comfortably on the trail. Hammies a little tight today, but overall, nice and comfortable.

Essentials: Stretch

Simple stretch, needed to rehydrate more. Not sure where my roller is but I need to get a handle on it soon.
