PRE loop with CA

March 25, 2020 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: gray, but dry

Comments:
Up early. Lifted a half-session, then went to Market of Choice to grocery shop:

* I wore a mask
* about 20% of the population (mostly old, but some younger) wore a mask
* ALL the checkers wore a full face shield, gloves and between customers, fully sprayed/wiped down their check station.

I'm impressed.

Spent $180 buying essentially two weeks worth of groceries. Annoying that most of the dry good stuff we bought from Costco 3 weeks ago is gone. Still have like 20lb of meat in the freezer, though.

After that, I met CA at EWEB to run again.

Pre-run I had her video me:

The annoying: trunk is still *a little* side to side
The good: pelvis/hip stabiilty is 100% normal!

SO KEY.

Run was OK. Both CA and I are edge. Running is hard as FUCK right now, because I'm working so hard to:

* swing the blades small and strong (back and forward)
* drive the pelvis back and forward (especially R back + L forward)

Decent run, but the effort was hard.
