Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Didn't sleep well (= awake and hard to sleep in early AM = very heavy pollen loads right now).
Got up at 6:45 and got in a really good strength workout: started with body weight stuff (emphasis on run-specific trunk/leg/shoulder blade), then did heavier weights, including squat, deadlift and bench.
CA got up, then she ran to EWEB and I drove again.
The focus today was making sure I was using my foot/ankle well. To do this, I did a bit of jog/walk, again: only a few times for maybe 30s, but it was a good reset to remind to push-off.
Did the bigger PRE look, which was just over 5 miles.
This was the best I've felt during a run, and after: not too stiff!
PM: ate, did actual work, then worked on CA (glute and hamstring work), then did a video chat with Michelle
Dinner then outdoor Puuub, with just Callie.
