Comments:
I was super uncomfortable working today. I had to run and shake it off. Got in some good distance today. It was a little bit rainy and wet but warmer than this weekend. Giles was a total mess. Very muddy, had to walk some sections to get up the hill. The hills were tough today. 366 is under construction so I had to go into Collegetown instead then cross the bridge. Came back down Cascadilla, Court and Albany. Picked up the pace on the way back. Feeling pretty smooth.

Essentials: Stretch

I didnt stretch as much as I should have when I returned because I was really muddy. Hope I am not too sore. Feeling the consistent mileage lately, was very sore yesterday and last night. A nice change of pace though
