Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Had a tempo run planned for today. As I warmed up, I felt fine; but as the pace became quicker, I felt a soreness in my quads. Nothing injury-related, merely the feeling you get after weight lifting or something. Nevertheless, I carried on, did the first mile too quickly, finished two more, then scraped the other two I had planned on doing and cooled down. Too many hills in my every day runs, perhaps, or the soreness might be the result of Saturday's speed workout.
