PM short easy run

Weather: drizzle

Comments:
Tons of rain today.

Didn't feel too bad, so I decided to try to run again to "keep it loose":

Ran from home, which is seldom a good idea. Ran "the constitutional" (2018 walk) loop, then down to Hilyard and back.

Felt so-so.

PM:
* immediately did yoga, experiencing:

A. right SI joint soreness (not good)
B. BAD balance on my left hip (not good)

Additionally:

C. My left foot lateral toes got painful on Saturday.

PROGNOSES:

1. I'm still (regressed) not loading my left hip properly (posterior depressing)

and/because

2. I'm laterally loading my left foot, still.

Annoying. It's always something.
