AM weights, mid-day "easy" 3 with CA

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 42, rainy, windy

Comments:
Slept "in" (but not so well). Got up and lifted fairly significantly - a full hour. Worked a ton on the running pattern stuff, but still feeling stiff: R trunk/LE extension and L UE swing/shoulder extension.

Did a bunch more productive job searches, and found several in Eugene! And - thank God! - I texted my friend Scott, who's a SLP at PeaceHealth in town - and there's a part time PT job in the neuro rehab - where I interned in 2008! Actually gave me the number of the coordinator and talked to a real person! Looking VERY promising. SO EXCITED.

After that, ran easy with CA. Drove down to SEHS, and did the SEHS block, then down nearly to tugman and back.

Worked on hard on:

1. R LE ext, L forward (R arm forward, L scap back)

AND

2. Pelvic depression ("pelvic wiggles" ala fall 2011) - trying to get more hip loading and cushion

AND

3. Medial arch loading

Did those things reasonably well. Still feeling like I'm pushing against something.

* shored up "The Puuub" with bark mulch to cover the massive mud!
* fun Puuub night with Clifton and Mark Frohnmayer. Good guys

Achilles wasn't too bad in the PM.
