Easy Amazon bark run

Weather: clear-ish, nice-ish

Comments:
Slept not too well / not enough. Gotta stop drinking/eating late.

CA had a workout with Alexis today: 5x "teamwork" (dynamic pace) K's. Like last week, I was gonna jog beforehand.

Spent a lot more time than normal loosening up. Big focus on L lumbar/QL tissue - this made a big difference in my ability to get pelvic anterior depression AND rotation "forward".

Achilles wasn't too bad this AM...

Also, it's official. It IS Achilles.

This is a bright spot: that at this point, symptoms have "centralized" to the insertional achilles. But I still have to be very mindful.

Drove to SEHS and essentially jogged two bark laps. CA flared her hamstring (that's been mysteriously more dysfunctional lately), so she had to stop at 3 K's.

I stopped at 2 miles and we drove home.

Rest of the day:
* phone chat with a recruiter for a Florence job
* "fomenting insurrection" about our commercial leases
* ate breakfast...

OH, and once again: I FORGOT to run with either tape or the brace. This is a significant issue, because it seems I still need it -- annoying.
