Comments:
Caught up on a lot of sleep last night. I was tired. Went up to campus to run again. Went out the trail then came back up Honness Ln. by the horse fields and even added on a little bit by campus. Felt good once I got going. I think weather was just perfect for me.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch on the side walk. I think the fresh air was even better. Lots of mileage this week. Most so far this year. Nice progress from barely any miles to start out.
