Comments:
Felt remarkably good. Walked a couple times, but otherwise felt pretty solid.
This was the best my stride has felt in a couple weeks. Focus:
* "pelvis pawback" - getting a good pull back and reach forward (the "flick" = forward reach, and "pull" is the push/pull extension)
* arm swing
* whole/medial foot
Did the loop around SEHS, then extended it down Hilyard to the end of the bark, and back on the bark.
