SEHS turf barefoot + weights at home

Weather: mid 60s, sunny (breezy) but amazing

Comments:
Had a fun afternoon, working from 3-6p:

* video client at my office
* 2x stride coaching sessions, outdoors at SEHS (Laura Lee and Max)

First really nice day in a while. Fun to spend time outside and WORK.

After Max, I stayed at the turf field and did about a mile of barefoot, with some walking. It was pretty stiff - and it's been a long time since I've run barefoot - but it was good.

Came home, lifted, then ate/watched GoT.
