Run on 6.0 incline at 7.5 and 8.0
6 times x 400 meters with a 1 minute to 1.5 minute rest between.
EXHAUSTED...gasping for air on the fifth run. Had to bring it down to 4 inline and 7.5 for the last one...briefing put it back up to 5 for the finish
