PRE + half-Springfield

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: chilly/sunny but "warm" (high 30s to "feeling like 50-60)

Comments:
Up fairly early, did did some cleaning (weekly vacuum - trying to stay on top of the downstairs air quality). Did some misc warming up, then we drove to EWEB to run PRE trail around 9:30.

Didn't feel too bad, but was definitely "heavy" from the ride. Another grindy cut-down: high 8s down to low-7s.

Really worked on the FEET today. In addition to:

* arm swing
* right pelvis back (+ L forward)
* pelvic depression

worked on landing medial arch AND pushing it behind. I think this is key to decreasing the chronic L lower leg strain.

Didn't feel half-bad, either!

Post-run:
* immediately home to lift (good lift including clean-squat-press)
* delicious Easter brunch
* easter "Zoom conference chat" with the entire Cooper clan
