Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Dropped off near Flat rock then took a unique path back. Up Game Farm to the bike path then up and around to Maple Hill. Zigged over to Belle Sherman and made my way all the way through Giles. It was nice out and mostly downhill so I could us the pace actually had a smooth push on the mile of the bike path. Solid long run today. Wind was whipping a bit as well so that kept me rolling.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch when I got back. Its important to hydrate as well especially with all the matzah consumption. IT and knee were a little irritated here and there today, most likely from the sidewalks and the downhill.
