Comments:
Lost motivation to work this afternoon. Slogging along. Somehow found something to get up and extend the run. Started out down to Cascadilla, then just went straight up University along Stewart and back down Cascadilla. The hill was brutal but I didnt slow down on the way up and over. Took it a little bit toned down on the way back down Court and Albany. Dont feel as fresh as yesterday. The consecutive runs help a lot but its a challenge to stay fresh. Noticed a few snowflakes throughout the run even though it was sunshine the whole way.

Essentials: Stretch

I have not been stretching as much as I should lately. Just come back and walk it off mostly. No real aches or soreness anywhere so I am adjusting to the hills.
