Weather: 40's; Sunny
Comments:
CCT was crowded. Turned around where the trail ended. Was super tight afterward, but light stretches helped. Strength was Push ups, heel and toe walks, and superpeople. Tomorrow will be intervals and I am yet to find a spot to do them as all tracks are closed.
