Comments:
Ran down Albemarle to eventually get to the base of Albemarle, where I did some striders and got right to the workout of 4xthe Monster, with 80% effort on hills and 95% on the flat. On the first rep, I overshot to 31st but corrected my mistake from then on. The second and third where tough but I really got in a groove during the last hill, where I focused on increasing effort at every intersection. I jogged down to collect sweats which I had tucked into a bush on Broad Branch. I then admired the stream at close proximity, waning myself from jumping in the water as it is surely suspect. Jogged home and stretched thoroughly. Long tomorrow, and rest Monday.
