AM: Spencer Butt up-down hike; PRE loop run

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: sunny, awesome

Comments:
1. Spencer Butt up/down hike. Actually ran most of the down. Felt pretty good. Ankle wasn't stiff, but noted some more soft tissue.

1A. Went home and worked on CA (visceral, coccyx)

2. Run. Drove to EWEB and did the PRE loop at 9AM. Saw a lot of people (Matt/Bart, Coach Gary and his daughter, Kent Keyser and his wife).

My stride felt the best it's felt, yet. It helped that we didn't push it. Really worked arm swing and pelvic motion. However, I'm still feeling increasing stiffness around the left pelvis - like it can't move the way it needs to...

Also, I had a lot of true soft tissue stiffness in upper and lower achilles. Had to stop twice to stretch out.

3. Lifted weights when I got home.

Rest of the day:
* gigantic brunch
* TAXES (finally got them done!)
