Campus loop + Hendricks w/CA

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: overcast, 50s, but decent

Comments:
OK run. Not super-great, actually.

Stiff ankle - and stiff hips - for most of this run that was thankfully pretty easy and slow. Ran through campus, then climbed up to PRE's rock, then along Hendricks and down, back to SEHS.

Effort felt good, but the ankle never really came around. It's been hard to get on my medial arch...and on these runs this week, it's like I'm fighting something in my left pelvis...

Turns out I *think* my pelvis had lost abduction mobility: it just seemed SO goddamn stiff! I had CA sit on me while in R sidelying. It helped a TON! Hope I feel better in subsequent runs.
