PRE + Fairmount with CA

Weather: mid 50s but sunny (fake warm)

Comments:
Ran mid-morning with CA. I felt remarkably good so I went longer...which was a mistake. Just too far. I think I would've been good with 5, max, but this loop was 7.

The ankle, itself, didn't seem necessarily stiff (at the joint), but I was feeling a lot of lower calf and achilles -- stopped to stretch/massage/walk, twice. TURNS OUT, I'd loaned my 5mm soft heel from my left shoe to CA (for her bike shoe) yesterday and forgot to get it back. That was likely a big factor.

Annoying. Likely will need to take a day off tomorrow.

NO yoga tonight: had a 5pm client (Beautiful out!!)
