Hendricks power-hike

Exercise Type: Walk

Weather: mid 50s, nice

Comments:
Drove the van up to Hendricks and parked just as CA was ready to start her 10x 300m hills. It's a nice loop:

* paved 300m uphill
* gravel, more gradual parallel 500m downhill to the start

As I did in early February, I walked it while she ran.

Worked really hard on:
* whole/medial foot engagement (both DF, then PF)
* hip extension
* arm/scap swing

Felt pretty good. Had like ONE short burst of soreness/pain, but otherwise fine. I need to be hiking more.

Rest of the day:
* home to work on gait analyeses
* good strength session
* NO food 'til like 7:30! Nearly a 24 hour fast, which was great. This is truly my first "OMAD" fast since before the quarantine

Notably:
* worked way more/got way more done
* no food/no TV (usually watch the office while making brunch)
