SEHS, Hilyard/Amazon loop w/CA + HMD

April 23, 2020 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: mid 50s, "longsleeve-no sleeve"

Comments:
Slept in 'til 8, did some mobility, then went for a walk with CA. Worked on her for a half hour, then we went for a short run.

Same loop as yesterday and same focus:

* medial foot engagemnt
* toes up (swing/land) & toes down (push-off, with medial arch)

Hard to do - especially on the left - but it feels like the right thing to do.

ALSO: yesterday and today, I did banded (supine, straight leg) eversion (peroneal) strenthening. It's way past time I do this. I also spent a bunch of time massaging the lateral shin, which is always sore.

Post-run: did HMD again with CA. It's the third or fourth time we've done it in the past week or so. It's hard but GREAT.

Lots of SEHS kids out, running and working on. Not amazing weather (yet), but good compared to yesterday.
