Gimpl Hill - grind ride!

After brunch and some work (and a matinee of GoT) I went for a bike ride.

CA sort of challenged me to ride hard, so I did. I pushed all the cimbs and grinded pretty hard on the flats of Spencer Creek and Gimpl. The result: PR on Gimpl Hill route: 67:00.

Lucked out a bit with traffic - had two rolling half-stops, but otherwise no hold-ups. Felt strong!

This really bodes well for my fitness and overall health. I feel really lucky.
