Comments:
I paid for it today after not running yesterday. It was just a damp and dark day. Starting out I had the pace revved up. Ran down Plain to Cascadilla and the Sciencenter. Needed to get that zip going. As I was coming back around the high school, I took a pee break then the pace slowed down considerable. IDK but I just got gassed. Came back down Cayuga at a much slower pace. Felt good to get it moving for a bit but I wish I could have sustained the pace. Weather ended up being just fine.

Essentials: Stretch

Felt very tight upon return. Not in the IT or hammies but just in general. Also pretty hungry and thirsty, so rehydration was a big thing. Was on target to get great mileage last week. Time to get back into a grind.
