Comments:
Still not particularly motivated today... I got a ride to Cass to run since it was so nice out much better than yesterday. Also everyone was outside checking it out. I took the long route along the waterfront over to the marina. Had spurts of good pace and slow pace. That adds on a bunch, so I came back through Taber St. Just enough mileage and I felt much better along there finishing up.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch outside when I got back. Legs felt flimsy at spots on the run, not sore or tight. A good stretch doesnt hurt though.
