Comments:
Nice and sunny in afternoon but some clouds were lingering in the distance. I ran out of gas working today... Another week where are we going?? Run was welcome. I started out slow, legs were stiff from missing yesterday I didnt think I could make the whole loop, but started to rev up after I left the high school. Took a cut under the bridge and the police station cause I did not want to do the hill. Glad I felt stronger when I finished compared to when I started.

Essentials: Stretch

Ok stretch when I got back. It cooled down a little bit and was very comfortable outside, but after taking yesterday off my legs can feel it... Hope I can finish up the week with a long run if the trails are not too muddy.
