Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got a ride up to Plantations and made my long run down the hill. It was a good thing I was on the downhill because I developed a little cramp a few mile in. Started up Horse hill, it was muddy, then rolled along to Freese Rd and came back down Hanshaw. I cut through Cayuga Heights Elementary, I was just rolling through at that point. Once I came down University and made it to the flats, took a strict zig zag through downtown. That was fun and the pace started to feel quick and swift, just pushing to finish off. Such a nice day outside also sun and breeze just like last weekend.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Good stretch and rehydrate when I got back. Got out to the back porch. Spent a while doing a gravity stretch too, longest run I have had in a while I needed to recover. Stuck the stick roller as well. Knees were ok on all the concrete and the rip downhill but I havnt rolled in a while.
