Campus/Fairmount loop solo + strides; HMD with CA

Comments:
Ran solo from SEHS. Did a bunch of warming up today, so I felt good out the gates.

Probably my first run in three years where my first mile was in the 7s (7:58). Grinded a bit, trying hard to use hips, feet and arms.

Did x5-6 or strides down 24th back to SEHS, then jogged a couple laps before CA showed up. Did some HMD together then went home.

* weights at home
