Tried out this new loop out for a longer-than-average day. Went up 46th to Western to Woodmont to the CCT all the way to Norton to Loughboro to Nebraska to 42nd to River and back home. Did Seated leg lifts, Single-leg bridges, and Russian Twists beforehand and stretched well afterward.
