Back to grind got a sustained work day in. Temperature dropped a lot today and it was cold and dreary. I figured since my long run was downhill, I would go uphill for todays run. Started up Giles then kept going up State St past Bryant Park, then cut back to Collegetown and the Quad. Finished up down Cascadilla and the police station. Hills were tough but I didnt slow for them at all. Legs not too beat up from the long run anymore.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch when I got back. Drank a lot of water today so I felt decently hydrated. This weeks weather does not look that great but its comfortable for medium distance runs now.
