Weather: sunny-ish pretty nice

Comments:
Easy run with CA. Fairly sore this AM, had to stop and walk/work it a bit. THen it was seemingly OK.

Did strides at the end. Felt clunky.

CA filmed me, sideview for the first time in a while: HOLY SHIT am I "forward". Like "praying mantis"-forward: barely any hip extension. WTF?

Good to know.
