Just coasting it seems. The productivity comes in bursts and spurts. It was sunny out again today. I needed to get a run in feeling so sore after past few runs. Headed out from Farmers Market. Did the loop around Stewart Park then cut over to Cayuga Heights on Fravil's path. Came all the way along Stewart Ave then down Buffalo. I noticed the water was exceptionally high at Stewart park, near flood stage. Also there is a new playground there. No idea they put that in, I miss the old one it was really good. Finished up strong through downtown although I could tell legs were still sore.
Essentials: Stretch
Ok stretch. Hammies and quads and hips tight. Have had several weeks of solid runs, so mileage is coming easy but the hills are still tough. Also today was just such a sluggish day. Watched the end of a Korean baseball game when I got back. That made me so happy, to see sports again. Reminder how how whack this whole thing is...
