Comments:
Got hung up, short jont through town. Did a walk at lunchtime when the sun was out. Plus legs have been sore and tight lately. Even felt it today. Started out fast then slowed down. Went out on Cayuga this time then came back at Hancock.
Essentials: Stretch
Did a little stretch, caught some more KBO. Its fine to get a shake out today.
