Comments:
good run on the treadmill felt really easy try to change up the tempo run hard for a mile back it down for a mile then run hard again and finally 30 sec hard finish 12 mile per but the treadmill backed me down to 11 mile per I am just to big for the gyms treadmills hehe!!!
