Giles Long run

Comments:
Weather was out of whack today... It was snowing, sunny, then snowing again. Went for a walk at Buttermilk before and I had to build up to get out and run. Wanted to gather some extra miles today since I took off yesterday. Headed up Giles and extended to the rec way, then came back down Tower Rd and Collegetown. It was a solid loop with lots of tough hills. I took them as they came and powered up. Not a lot of people out today, they were probably intimidated by the snow. It really started to kick up as I started to come down the hill and came back on Green st. It was a blizzard. WTF this might have been my first snow run of the year. Wind was chilly on the way back.

Essentials: Stretch

Legs didnt feel as worn down as last weeks long run, but after stretching then felt pretty beat. A better mix of hills today. Wasnt too sore from taking yesterday off either I think it helped a lot.
