Gimpl Hill bike solo

Weather: mid 50s, not raining (almost sunny)/nice

Comments:
Ankle wasn't terrible this AM, but not great.

I struggle to understand if it's soft tissue vs joint. Felt joint-y today.

Productive morning:
* did 1.5hr of real work
* walked with CA

Then went for the bike ride. 1:12 seems to be my new solo light-grind par.
