Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I needed a shake up today. It was nice and sunny, pleasant. Went up to campus and ran in the Plantations then added on around Beebe Lake. Felt good started out really fast actually. Then on the way back through campus the wind picked up and I slowed down a little bit. But for that first part, felt pretty good. It was nice to run in shorts and t-shirt.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch to finish up at the parking lot. There were lots of people out walking around today, but campus still felt closed and deserted. Its such a sad sight. I think I miss that the most.
