Exercise Type: Bike
Weather: 50, on/off mist (but less than yesterday)
Comments:
Ankle felt weird but wasn't super painful or stiff.
Bike at 7:45 today, on an easy "recovery" route - similar to Friday - with CA. Felt fine.
No running this week.
Lifted afterward. After STRUGGLING with squat, I did 4x 155lb at the end of a 5-set lift (95, 115, 125, 135, 155). My squat has sucked ass for a couple years, so to get back toward my body weight is a nice development.
