Community Corners

Comments:
Went up to campus to run. It was another beautiful day. The sun is out! Over to community corners. Struggled a little bit with the pace here and there. Coming back, cut through North Campus. Its sad to see what Robert Purcell looks like now all under construction. Added on around Beebe Lake and finished up at the track.

Essentials: Stretch

Did a few striders first before stretching. Wanted to smooth out my legs since they felt a little weak during the run. They were ok good shake out. Finished up with an even better stretch on the sidewalk.
