Comments:
Went to get kayaks in this morning, then I proceeded to be exceptionally unproductive this afternoon. Didnt really want to run but weather today is better than tomorrow. Headed out and decided I needed the mileage. Went straight up Cayuga around Boynton, then came back down Cascadilla and Corn St. By the end, I was slogging it felt. Maybe my pace was ok starting out, but legs feeling heavy past few runs. Rain came in and I get pretty water logged. It was only up near the lake, nice and sunny when I got back.
Essentials: Stretch
Weak stretch when I returned. Just too wet. Maybe thats why legs are tight and heavy. Glad I made the extra effort to go add on a bit.
