I came back and swam with my high school team for their early practice this morning.

4x500, 7:30 Send-off- missed it for the last one, these were really hard
10x100@1:30- I just sort of wound up swimming the last 800 continuous.
150,250,250,150 - I nearly blew stitches out of my mouth at this point and took it pretty easy.
200 warm-down
For the 500s, I managed some semblence of 40-second 50s like high school, but tanked badly. I wanted it to be hard because I need to get into better shape than I am now. I also had to be careful about swimming too hard because my left hand hurts where they put in the anesthesia and I'm not really supposed to use that arm for anything strenuous or else the vein could collapse.
