Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Chillin this morning getting ready for a nice long run in the afternoon. Went up to campus to get it. Went out to Community Corners then up Hanshaw and Warren then cut back through Horse Hill and Plantations. Legs were heavy and I didnt feel as fresh as last weeks long run. But I worked into it and started to feel smoother once I got off the roads. The weather was a bit chilly today, welcoming and comfortable. It was nice to be outside. Didnt see a lot of people and I just took it as a smooth cruise. This week was fucking nuts too. Not something I saw coming up even though its been brewing a while, but it hit me hard. It was nice to take a break and run, but thats not going to solve the problem. I dont know what to do. Watch Trevor Noah's take to get some perspective...
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched when I got back to the track. Achilles a little tight during and after, but legs feeling ok. First week I ran every day in a while. I bet that will stick a little bit. Good overall mileage even though I didnt go as far on the long run.
